Retail Ordering Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking the ORDER NOW button. After you have finished ordering, click on CART or CHECKOUT at the top of your product page. Once you’re happy with your order, select payment option and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Australian bank cheques and money orders by mail. Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct debit to our bank account. Delivery InformationPlease allow up to 14 days for delivery. We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Obviously your location will determine the shipping time. All orders are subject to availability. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified and the value of the goods refunded to your account within 2 working days. Please ensure you supply a delivery address where you will be able to sign to receive your package. We recommend you supply your work address for delivery if no-one will be at home during the day. If subsequent deliveries are required additional charges may apply. NOTE: Do not use a PO BOx as your delivery address as we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available? We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. If we are unable to fulfill your order when received, we will notify you and you will have the option of placing the items on backorder or amending your order. If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will notify you immediately so that you can revise your order. Do your prices include GST?Yes, all prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include freight, postage and handling. Freight, postage and handling costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation notification. Freight, Postage and Handling CostsNOTE : Due to the flammable nature of the fragrance oils, we can only ship via Allied Express Couriers for all deliveries that include this product. All other items will be shipped via Australia Post. The current retail freight charge is based on a total order weighing less than 3kg including packaging eg a total of 2L of fragrance or 1 glass lamp and 1L of fragrance. Orders weighing more than 3kg including packaging will be costed through our courier company based on volume and zone within Australia. Clients will be advised by email or phone of the additional cost and if accepted, the invoice will be adjusted and the additional cost added. Orders will be shipped once final payment has been received. Postage within Australia Less than $20 = $8.95 postage Outside Australia To minimise your freight costs, charges will be calculated on the weight of the order. We will advise you via email of the freight cost prior to processing you order. Returns & Cancellation Policy Returns If you are dissatisfied with your order, the goods must be returned to us within 7 days of invoice at your expense. Any payments made less freight will be credited to your account after goods have been received by us and are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Damaged Goods Your Right To Cancel Conformity Of Goods Security & PrivacyYour browser will go into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the checkout. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for the padlock icon at the bottom of your browser screen. Séjour will never request information that is excessive for our purpose, and we try, with your help, to keep any information we hold about you up to date and accurate.
