To become a wholesaler we require confirmation that you are currently trading as a legal entity in the gift and homewares industry. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully and if you wish to proceed, complete the online application form. Your application will be acknowledged via email and you will receive a reply within 48 hours. If successful you will be given a username and password to the wholesale side of our website and you may begin ordering immediately.

Wholesale Ordering

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart by clicking the ORDER NOW button. After you have finished ordering, click on CART or CHECKOUT at the top of your product page. Once you’re happy with your order, select payment option and you will be asked a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept Australian bank cheques and money orders by mail. Australian customers can use their internet banking facilities to pay by direct debit to our bank account. The system also allows you to print out your order for faxing or mailing.

Minimum Order

There is no minimum order. An order can be made up of effusion lamps, fragrances and accessories.

Delivery Information

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We promise to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Obviously your location will determine the shipping time. Due to the flammable nature of the fragrance oils, we can only ship via Allied Express Couriers for all deliveries that include this product. All other items will be shipped via Australia Post .

Please ensure you supply a delivery address where you will be able to sign to receive your package. We recommend you supply your work address for delivery if no-one will be at home during the day. If subsequent deliveries are required additional charges may apply.

What happens if a product I have ordered is no longer available?

We try to ensure that all products displayed on our website are available. If we are unable to fulfill your order when received, we will notify you and you will have the option of placing the items on backorder or amending your order.

If an item is no longer available for order from our suppliers we will notify you immediately so that you can revise your order.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes, all prices are quoted inclusive of GST in Australian dollars. Unless otherwise stated, prices do NOT include freight and handling. Freight costs will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation notification.

Freight and Handling Costs

Due to the flammable nature of the fragrances, items cannot be shipped via Australia Post. All orders containing fragrance will be shipped via Allied Express Couriers

To minimize the freight costs, charges will be calculated on the weight of the order and the zone within Australia according to the Allied Express zoning schedule.

All items that do not contain fragrance will be shipped via Australia Post; however our minimum order requirement still applies.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns
At Séjour we make every effort to ensure that our products meet your expectations and are packaged securely for transport.

If you are dissatisfied with your order the goods must be returned to us within 7 days of invoice at your expense. Any payments made less freight will be credited to your account after goods have been received by us and are in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged Goods
If any items arrive damaged we are happy to provide you with a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will notify you and offer a substitute of equal value. The goods must be returned to us within 7 days of invoice at your expense.

Your Right To Cancel
Once your order is accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation notice. The order may be cancelled within 2 days from receipt of this confirmation. To do so you must supply us written notice (fax or email is acceptable). Any payments made will be refunded in full after receipt of cancellation notification. If goods have already been dispatched prior to cancellation notification being received, our Returns Policy will then apply.

Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

As all our glassware is handcrafted any slight variations in colour, shape or size are to be expected and indeed reflects the uniqueness of each piece.

This makes it extremely difficult for anyone to decode. Séjour will never request information that is excessive for our purpose, and we try, with your help, to keep any information we hold about you up to date and accurate.
